SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a critical remediation and stabilisation program for a Sydney-based retail organisation following a recent SAP S/4HANA go-live.

The program will focus on addressing post-implementation issues, improving operational stability, enhancing governance, and driving adoption across Supply Chain and manufacturing functions.

This role requires a strong SAP delivery background, experience in recovery or stabilisation environments, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end remediation program for SAP S/4HANA
• Conduct a structured health assessment across system, processes, integrations, and governance
• Establish a clear remediation roadmap with prioritised initiatives
• Manage defect backlog, enhancements, and release planning
• Oversee system integrators and third-party vendors
• Implement robust governance, risk, and issue management frameworks
• Support transition from hypercare to steady-state BAU support model
• Provide regular executive reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Prior involvement in remediation, recovery, or stabilisation programs
• Experience managing system integrators and vendor relationships
• Strong financial and commercial management capability
• Excellent executive-level communication skills
