About the role
As the first dedicated Change Manager on the program, you’ll join at the very beginning and take full ownership of the change function across a complex, enterprise wide SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Duties
- Establish and lead the end-to-end change strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program
- Design and implement change frameworks, governance, stakeholder engagement and communications plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities across business units
- Partner closely with program leadership, functional streams and SMEs to embed change practices
- Build sustainable change capability for the duration of the multi-year transformation
Skills & experience
- Proven experience delivering change on at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA program
- Experience setting up change structures from program inception
- Strong stakeholder engagement across executive, business and IT audiences
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change, communications and adoption strategies
- Excellent facilitation, influencing and written communication skills
