We’re partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a strategic IT divestment, and they’re looking for an IT Separation Coordinator (SAP) to support the coordination of SAP and data migration activities during a major business separation.
This isn’t your standard project support role, it’s about ensuring the SAP data separation and migration runs smoothly, with clear governance, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll be trusted to coordinate across multiple workstreams, support the Project Manager, and ensure all aspects of the SAP separation are delivered on time and to standard.
- Initial 8-month contract with immediate start
- Work on a high-profile, business-critical separation program
- Collaborate with a highly experienced team driving transformation across the organisation
- High-visibility role where your coordination expertise directly supports program success
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating end-to-end SAP data extraction and migration activities across the program
- Tracking dependencies, risks, and issues while ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Liaising between technical teams, SAP functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Supporting governance, reporting, and documentation across multiple IT and business workstreams
- Ensuring compliance with Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) obligations
- Bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a high-visibility IT separation project
What we’re looking for
- Experience coordinating SAP-related projects, including data migration, system separation, or carve-outs
- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, master and transactional data, and business impact
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a complex, multi-vendor environment
- Previous exposure to IT separation, M&A, or divestment programs preferred
