In addition to this, our dependable Administration Team manage any timesheet lodgement issues, processing of invoices and your superannuation contributions.

Speller International follows this process for every contractor placed with our clients. This process allows us to pre-empt any issues or concerns either the contractor or client have which enables us to provide the most complete and professional service possible.

Candidate Placement

Your candidate manager will call you on Day 2 of your placement to see how the induction went.

At the end of the first week, your candidate manager will call to get feedback on how you feel the first week went.

Week Two-Three

Your candidate manager will touch base with you 2-3 weeks after placement to arrange a visit. Meeting for a coffee or lunch (depending on your availability) it’s a great opportunity for a face-to face discussion about how everything is going.

Monthly

Your candidate manager will maintain regular contact, either by phone or face-to-face on a monthly basis. We like to check in to make sure everything is going well, and if there are any issues/concerns you have, we follow up immediately.

Contract Extensions (if applicable)

If there is opportunity to extend your contract, your candidate manager will facilitate all administrative items of the extension including  negotiations on all terms and conditions on your behalf. The initial contract extension discussions will begin approximately 6 weeks prior to the end of your contract, with the aim to have the extension signed off 2-4 weeks prior to the original end date.

End of Contract

When the contract is coming to an end, your candidate manager will be in touch to facilitate the wrap up. On the last day of the contract, we will phone you to ensure everything is in order including obtaining relevant references for your file and to thank you for the contribution to our clients business.

We will also be discussing your career plans with you and sourcing your next role through Speller International.
