PMO Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Implementation
Long Term Contract Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to play a key role in a large-scale, multi-agency government transformation program.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the establishment of a project-specific PMO for a complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation, bringing together multiple government entities onto a single, unified platform.
About the Role
As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the project PMO from the ground up. While the organisation has an established enterprise PMO, this role will focus on building a fit-for-purpose PMO framework tailored specifically to the needs of this transformation program.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, implementation partners, and delivery teams to ensure strong governance, reporting, and delivery discipline across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the project PMO for a large-scale transformation program
- Define and implement PMO frameworks, governance structures, and reporting standards
- Oversee planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management
- Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Ensure alignment between delivery teams, vendors, and government agencies
- Drive best practice across project controls, documentation, and delivery methodologies
Program Scope
This program will deliver a full-suite SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including:
- Core HR modules
- Payroll
- Integration with UKG Time & Attendance
- Safety Suite module
The program will involve multiple government agencies, making stakeholder engagement and program governance critical to success.
About You
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager, with a strong track record of setting up PMOs from scratch
- Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations is highly desirable
- Alternatively, strong experience across cloud-based HR/payroll systems or broader ERP programs
- Experience delivering within complex, multi-stakeholder environments (ideally government)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-profile transformation environment
Location & Travel
Candidates must be willing to travel approximately 50% of the time.
If you’re interested in leading a high-impact transformation program and building a PMO from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
