SAP Supply Chain Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a SAP Supply Chain Officer to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective supply of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate stock transfers (STOs) between locations to meet demand and maintain optimal stock levels
• Review and manage stock requirements, ensuring timely replenishment and availability across the network
• Proactively monitor and resolve stock shortages, including expediting orders and reallocating inventory where required
• Process and manage purchase and transfer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Triage and respond to internal tickets/requests, prioritising urgent supply issues and filtering incoming queries

Skills & Experience

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory coordination roles
• Hands-on experience performing these activities within SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of stock management, replenishment, and transfer processes (STOs)
• Proven ability to manage stock shortages and prioritise urgent supply issues
• Experience processing purchase orders and transfer orders with accuracy
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to triage and manage multiple requests/tickets efficiently
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
