Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for delivery related activity
- Managing service delivery offshore team
- Delivery and/or solution responsibility for any additionally allocated projects
- Strong Leadership, management and influencing skills
- 5+ years of working in leadership role within SAP environments having held multiple Transition Management roles
- Experience with an offshore support model
- Experience in projects/programs delivery
- Strong problem management, and business stakeholder communications
