Senior S/4HANA Finance Analyst

Our client is a large, complex organisation embarking on a major SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation with a strong focus on finance process design and reporting integrity.

About the role

This role will play a critical part in the S/4HANA implementation, acting as the bridge between Finance and IT to design, validate and embed robust financial structures and reporting frameworks.

Duties

• Design and map General Ledger accounts into S/4HANA, aligning global and local requirements
• Develop cost centre and profit centre hierarchies, SKFs and assessment cycles
• Partner with IT to define and validate finance reporting structures in S/4HANA
• Act as the finance SME across workshops, design, testing and deployment activities
• Support UAT, data migration, documentation and finance user readiness

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (finance focus)
• Proven background in financial structure and reporting design
• Experience working on large ERP implementations or finance transformations
• Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, IT and external partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
