SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join a Perth-based client on an initial 6-month contract. This role is firmly focused on BAU support, ensuring the ongoing stability, accuracy, and optimisation of an established SuccessFactors EC environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on consultant who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and keeping core HR systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and data inconsistencies

• Manage configuration changes aligned to business-as-usual requirements

• Support HR and Payroll stakeholders with system queries and enhancements

• Assist with releases, regression testing, and minor enhancements

• Ensure system documentation and knowledge transfer are maintained

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Strong understanding of EC configuration and core HR processes

• BAU support experience within a live SuccessFactors environment

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience

• Australian work rights required
