Are you an expert in delivery training and developing training content in the SAP Supply Chain and Logistics, if so we have exciting opportunity to work on a significate program of work as an SAP Trainer Instructional Designer for 6-9 month initial contract based in Melbourne

Role Overview:

As an SAP Trainer and Instructional Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in our transformative program, leveraging your extensive knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics to develop high-quality instructional materials. Collaborating closely with a seasoned change and training team, you'll contribute to the success of a large-scale project, ensuring seamless integration and effective training strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive instructional materials tailored to SAP Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Deliver the training to the business
• Collaborate with the change and training team to align instructional designs with program objectives.
• Implement creative and engaging learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training materials and adapt them accordingly.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in SAP instructional design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
• Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
• Prior experience in large-scale program implementation is advantageous.
