Your Curriculum Vitae (CV) is the most important document that you will use in your job search, so it is vital you compile it correctly.
After securing an interview, preparation and making a professional first impression is the priority. Lack of preparation for your interview will be obvious to an employer but if you are prepared for what the interview holds, you will be comfortable, confident and positive.

Speller International works exclusively in the SAP sector and 99% of the positions that we resource for require at least 3-4 years’ experience in SAP. If you have a little SAP experience, please send through our CV and we can discuss potential opportunities with you, or point in you the right direction.
Organisations with SAP will generally recruit graduates directly and will not use an agency to fulfil these positions. Whilst we would love to help you find your first SAP role, our core focus is on SAP appointments for candidates with at least 3-5 years’ experience. Unfortunately, we do not manage graduate positions.

The graduate market can be a competitive environment, so when you start your search for a career in SAP, make sure you consider a variety of options and have realistic salary expectations.
Do Your Research
Begin your research as soon as possible; scan graduate websites and research graduate opportunities with organisations that you are interested in joining.
Connect with specialist SAP recruitment agencies, attend industry events and join professional associations to give you the best possible exposure to the SAP market.
Employers will be looking not only for strong academic results from graduates; they will also consider your work experience, involvement in extracurricular activities and your communication and interpersonal skills. Participating in volunteer activities and university committees and groups will demonstrate your skills beyond that of your academic results.

If you meet the requirements of an advertised role, one of our team will contact you to discuss your experience, skills and current employment status. Unfortunately due to the large response we receive to advertised jobs, we are unable to get back to everyone in person. If you are wondering how your application is going, do not hesitate to contact us.
This really depends upon your experience, what type of role you are looking for and how much demand there is for your particular skill set. It is important to understand that it may take time and that patience and perseverance will be necessary.
If your application does meet the criteria of a specific job, it usually takes between 2 days and 2-3 weeks for a contract/temporary placement. For a permanent role the process is approximately 4-6 weeks.
