The Role
4 Month Initial contract length
The SAP Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the client’s business end users in their day-to-day use of SAP. This includes investigating and resolving system incidents/problems, improving the consistent use of SAP, and identifying business process issues for future configuration consideration. Acting as a triage point for all SAP end-user problems ticketed through the Technology Service Desk, this role coordinates internal and external resources to resolve identified problems in a timely manner.
Skills
- Apply theoretical and practical knowledge to solve commonly encountered problems.
- Have knowledge and experience with SAP S/4 Hana, ideally FI/CO, PM, PS, MM, SD & SAP security
- Demonstrate significant experience investigating and resolving SAP production problems in a technical business environment.
- Possess significant experience with software support methodologies.
- Exhibit experience working across multiple organizations and business units, delivering integrated views of proposed solutions.
- Demonstrate experience in Engineering, Project Management, or Utilities business environments.
- Build trust and partner with business systems users at all levels in a customer-focused and business-oriented manner.
- Collaborate effectively with external service providers in a business and outcomes-oriented manner.
