About the Role
As the SAP Supply Chain Training Lead, you will take full ownership of the training lifecycle – from understanding new system processes to developing content and delivering training to supply chain, procurement, and logistics users. Your efforts will be key in ensuring the successful adoption of the new system and alignment with business operations from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Review SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud supply chain processes and assess training needs across user groups
- Develop clear and effective training materials: manuals, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, and presentation content
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) tailored for supply chain, procurement, and warehouse/logistics users
- Collaborate with change management, functional, and project teams to align training delivery with system design and rollout timelines
- Support end users during System Integration Testing (SIT), cutover, and go-live activities
- Contribute to post-go-live learning reinforcement and support strategy
- If possible, enhance training delivery using tools like WalkMe, EnableNow, or similar digital adoption platforms
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience developing and delivering training for SAP Supply Chain (e.g. MM, SD, EWM would be a bonus)
- Strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain business processes and how they map to SAP
- Ability to translate complex SAP workflows into accessible, practical learning for end users
- Experience creating diverse training assets (written, video, interactive)
- Background in large-scale ERP transformation projects
- Familiarity with tools such as EnableNow, WalkMe, or similar (desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
