About the role

Permanent opportunity for an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Functional Consultant based in Melbourne or Sydney, focused on delivering and optimising the full talent suite

Duties

• Lead configuration and optimisation across SuccessFactors Talent modules
• Gather requirements and translate into functional solutions
• Support implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and documentation

Skills & experience

• Strong experience across SuccessFactors Talent modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Career Development Planning, Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation
• Proven end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or support experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
• Ability to configure and optimise Talent modules independently
• SAP SuccessFactors certification highly regarded
