SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

About the role

This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Duties

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks and governance
• Engage with senior stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/implementation partners
• Drive project reporting and successful delivery outcomes

Skills & experience

• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects (highly regarded)
• OR strong Project Management experience across HR/payroll systems
• Exposure to SAP or other enterprise platforms (highly regarded)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in complex environments
