About the Role

Our Client is undertaking a major business transformation, introducing new ways of working across their ERP and broader technology landscape. This program includes the delivery of a new enterprise-wide SAP ERP platform and significant optimisation of Supply Chain processes, designed to drive efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience.

Reporting to the Data & Analytics Workstream Lead, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities throughout the SAP transformation. You will be responsible for guiding the strategy, design, and execution of reporting solutions, leveraging deep expertise in SAP data structures, analytics platforms, and enterprise BI.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a large-scale, greenfield SAP implementation on a multi-year contract, supporting a well-recognised Australian organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the end-to-end reporting and analytics strategy aligned to program objectives, business needs, and SAP best practices
• Identify and maximise the use of standard SAP reporting and analytics content to minimise custom build and accelerate delivery
• Assess and implement reporting enhancements to improve performance, usability, and long-term sustainability
• Oversee the design, build, and rollout of reporting and analytics solutions across in-scope SAP modules
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data visualisation standards aligned to strategic outcomes

About You

• 10+ years’ experience in Reporting and Analytics, with significant exposure to ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA
• Strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including dashboarding, predictive analytics, planning scenarios, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, custom visuals, and enterprise-grade reporting integrated with SAP data sources
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business, IT, and external delivery partners
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in executive-level reporting, data storytelling, and driving adoption of self-service analytics
