About the Role:
We’re seeking a SAP EWM Super User / Support Analyst to provide frontline SAP support to our national warehouse operations. Based in Melbourne, you will act as the first point of contact for operational staff across 3–4 warehouses nationwide, helping troubleshoot day-to-day SAP issues, ensuring system processes run smoothly, and escalating more technical issues to the IT team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply embedded within the business, translating technical solutions into practical outcomes and continuously improving user experience and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of SAP support for warehouse operational teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported SAP issues related to EWM and related modules.
- Liaise with internal IT teams for any complex system-related problems requiring escalation.
- Test new SAP functionalities and support change initiatives.
- Document and update business processes and SOPs relating to SAP.
- Identify and address training needs for end users to improve system adoption and capability.
- Serve as a key interface between end users and technical teams to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
About You:
- Previous experience with SAP EWM is essential.
- Strong understanding of integrated SAP modules, particularly SD, MM, FICO.
- Excellent knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Management processes.
- Prior experience supporting users in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
- Confident communicator who can engage with both frontline operations and technical IT staff.
- Strong documentation and training skills.
