SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Our client is undergoing an exciting merger and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration of core technology systems, processes, and functions across both businesses.

Duties

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with senior stakeholders

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones

• Lead the integration of key platforms into SAP ERP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, WFS, and Concur)

• Manage the consolidation of HR, payroll, and client management systems

• Conduct or oversee business process analysis as needed

• Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders and executive teams

• Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and adjustments

• Track project progress and deliverables, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders

• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and troubleshoot project challenges

Skills & Experience

• PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification

• Proven experience delivering IT projects in a corporate environment

• Background in managing Finance and HR system projects valued between $2–5M

• Solid experience with ERP implementations and integrations - SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors

• Exposure to merger or business integration programs highly regarded

• Familiarity with the disability or healthcare sectors and understanding of the NDIS is a bonus

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills
