We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant to join a dynamic and high-performing team based in Sydney. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), with a specific focus on Australian payroll processes and compliance.
• Lead or support full end-to-end implementations and enhancements, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice delivery within project teams.

About You:

• Proven experience working with SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors ECP, particularly from a functional and hands-on configuration perspective.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and requirements.
• Demonstrated consulting or project implementation experience across multiple clients or industries.
• SAP certifications in SuccessFactors ECP or SAP Payroll are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for delivering quality work and continuously improving your skills.
