SAP SuccessFactors Functional Specialist Consultant

Our client is one of Australia’s leading dedicated SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and S/4HANA Cloud Partners is expanding and seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Specialist Consultant with expertise in Core HR (Employee Central) and Talent Acquisition (Onboarding and/or Recruiting) to join their growing SAP cloud practice.

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules
• Conduct workshops, design solutions, and support HRIS transformations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage requirements
• Provide expert consulting and post-go-live support
• Ensure solution quality and adherence to project governance
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Proven expertise in Core HR (Employee Central) and Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting/Onboarding)
• Experience in facilitating workshops and leading complex design discussions
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within agile environments
• Australian working rights

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Tertiary qualified in IT, HR, Business or related discipline
• Passionate about helping organisations transform their HR systems
• Previous experience working in consultancy
