About the company
Our client is a well established organisation with a strong national presence, supporting a large dealer network across Australia. They are currently seeking additional support within their sales operations team.
About the role
This initial short term contract will support the processing of dealer sales data and administration within SAP. Based onsite in Truganina, the role focuses on high volume data entry and coordination with dealers and internal teams to ensure accurate sales processing. There will be opportunities for long term work after the initial contract period.
Duties
-
Enter high volumes of sales transactions (up to 150 per day) into SAP and dealer portals

Process invoices, claims and other sales administration documentation

Liaise with dealers and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies

Assist with sales reporting, data validation and dealer meeting preparation

Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting daily processing deadlines
Skills & experience
-
Previous data entry experience, ideally processing sales or transactional data

Exposure to SAP systems is essential

Strong computer skills including portals, databases and Microsoft Office

High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data

Strong communication skills when working with dealers and internal stakeholders
