SAP EAM Trainer

About the role

Our client is looking for a skilled SAP EAM Trainer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs for SAP EAM users, including the development of comprehensive training content and the execution of "Train the Trainer" programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that both end-users and internal trainers are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to utilise SAP EAM effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for SAP EAM, tailored to various user groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams
• Create high-quality training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led training content
• Conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions to enable internal trainers and key users to deliver SAP EAM training effectively 
• Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and SAP EAM consultants to align training content with business objectives and project requirements
• Assess training needs and gaps to develop targeted training solutions that enhance user proficiency and system adoption

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in SAP EAM, with a strong focus on training and content development
• Proven experience in designing and delivering "Train the Trainer" programs, with a track record of enabling others to successfully deliver training
• Extensive experience in developing various types of training content, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and user documentation
• Strong understanding of SAP EAM and related processes
• Proficiency in using training development tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate, Captivate, or similar
