About the Role

Our client is undertaking a significant, multi-year SAP transformation, redefining how data, analytics, and technology support the business. This program is focused on building a modern, intelligent SAP platform underpinned by strong data foundations, trusted insights, and future-ready capabilities including AI.

As the SAP Data & Analytics Stream Lead, you will take ownership of the data agenda across the SAP program, leading strategy and delivery across governance, architecture, reporting, migration, and advanced analytics. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Data Governance & Quality

• Establish and embed enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and ownership models across SAP domains
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and trust across the organisation

Data Architecture & Platforms

• Define the future-state SAP data architecture
• Lead Master Data Governance (MDG) tool selection and implementation

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

• Design and deliver a modern, enterprise-wide reporting and analytics strategy
• Align reporting capabilities to operational, strategic, and emerging AI use cases

Data Migration Leadership

• Own data migration planning, execution, validation, and quality assurance across phased SAP deployments

AI & GenAI Enablement

• Define a pragmatic and responsible approach to AI and GenAI within the SAP ecosystem
• Identify high-value business use cases while ensuring ethical and compliant adoption

Program & Vendor Leadership

• Lead all data and analytics streams within the SAP program
• Manage delivery partners, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies

What You’ll Bring

• 15+ years’ experience across data strategy, SAP programs, or enterprise analytics
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP environments, including data migration, MDG, reporting tools, and enterprise data architecture
• Exposure to AI, ML, or GenAI applications within enterprise or SAP contexts
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with strong governance and delivery discipline
• Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to drive execution
• A passion for transformation, innovation, and purpose-led leadership
