Our client, who are a global FMCG organisation are looking for an experienced Change Manager within SAP. You'll manage and deliver SAP change initiatives that support their people, processes and system transition. You will have an opportunity to drive impactful transformation within the organisation by leading change initiatives and fostering stakeholder engagement to drive program success.
About the role
- Analyse, define and execute change management strategies and plans specific to the SAP Transformation Program, encompassing detailed change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analysis to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Collaborate with other project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and impacted audiences throughout the program lifecycle.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and successful execution of end-to-end change strategies, fostering support and engagement.
- Establish and agree clear success metrics and monitoring mechanisms to assess change progress and effectiveness, providing regular updates and insights to program leadership.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance change management strategies and methodologies, implementing improvements to optimise program outcomes and stakeholder adoption.
Skills and Experience Required
- You will have led transformational change projects involving SAP ERP implementations across large organisations
- Analysing and managing change and leading people, with a proven ability to implement changes to business processes, systems, and technology effectively.
- Experienced in change management frameworks such as Prosci's, ADKAR, with certification, demonstrating expertise in applying these methodologies to achieve successful organisational change.
