IT Change Manager

Position Overview

Our client is in the process of many exciting projects in the IT landscape. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these IT/digital transformations. You will leverage your experience in change management and IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and execute change strategies that drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop change management strategies
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities 
• Develop and deliver engaging communication plans, training materials, and resources 
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, end-users, and stakeholders 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as an IT Change Manager
• Solid understanding of a broad range of IT solutions, including SAP
• Hands-on experience conducting Change Impact Assessments
• Strong experience with Prosci Change Management methodology
• Prior experience working in the Supply Chain industry would be beneficial, however not essential
