In this role you will spend 50% of your time working on a Content Management System to help build a comprehensive roadmap for implementation and integration across various digital touchpoints, including websites and apps. The other 50% of your time will be working on app integration project to address key challenges related to customer identity management and payments.
The Role
- Participate in a tender process (with assistance from procurement) to select the new platform and build out a roadmap of implementation initiatives to adopt the solution and integrate to the various touchpoints.
- Understand technical solutions, how they work and how they integrate together
- Control costs in line with budget expectations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Ensure correct documentation is maintained.
- Ensure resourcing is managed appropriately.
The skills required:
- Can demonstrate minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager, with experience in digital / content management / websites / apps
- Experience participating in tender processes
- Experience working with third parties in a partnership capacity
- Knowledge of identity, payments and finance / accounting
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management software
- A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
