Change Analyst required for a 12-month FTC to start ASAP in NSW

To be successful in securing this role, you with either have experience as an SAP Change Analyst, and/or proven experience in SAP Training. Ideally from a Technical Writing background and a good understanding of SAP and wanting to find the right role to step into Change! 

To be successful you will possess:

• At least 6+ years of SAP Training development and delivery experience
• The desire to get into Change Management
• Ability to form trusted relationships with key decision makers across the organisation
• Confident in liaising with and influencing people from all levels of the Business 
• Strong Leadership skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops, employee and stakeholder engagement
• Highly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and proactive in meeting program deliverables
