Change Manager
My client, who is a privately-owned facilities management organization is looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and deliver change across a range of initiatives, with a key focus on onboarding a new external client and supporting technology implementations across Asia Pacific.
This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand the people, process and technology impacts of change. You’ll identify risks early, design practical and fit-for-purpose strategies, and ensure adoption is achieved without disrupting business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver end-to-end change plans across all stages of project delivery – Design, Build, Test, Train, Go Live, Hypercare and transition to BAU.
- Provide clear change input into governance forums and project planning, escalating risks, impacts and readiness concerns where required.
- Conduct change impact assessments to shape communications, training and overall readiness activity.
- Identify and manage change risks, tailoring mitigation strategies across office-based, frontline and external teams.
- Proactively manage resistance, putting practical strategies in place to address challenges early.
- Build and execute clear communication and engagement plans to support smooth adoption.
- Lead training end-to-end – from needs analysis and content development through to delivery.
- Track and measure adoption and readiness metrics, adjusting the approach where needed.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment, applying pragmatic change approaches where formal frameworks may be limited.
- Identify key stakeholders, assess their influence and readiness, and manage engagement accordingly.
- Build strong working relationships with leaders, operational teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of change outcomes.
- Establish and support change champion networks to reinforce adoption locally.
- Work closely with project teams, business units and external clients to ensure successful implementation.
- Proactively surface and manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery.
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience leading change initiatives within mid-to large-scale environments, ideally including client onboarding and technology implementations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver practical, outcome-focused change strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and business requirements into clear, actionable messaging.
- Experience engaging senior leaders, frontline teams and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of full project lifecycles (Design through to BAU) and how change integrates across each phase.
- Strong digital capability and confidence operating in technology-enabled environments.
