SAP Training Lead (Melbourne, 6-Month initial Contract, ASAP start)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Training Lead to manage and coordinate a team of Trainers for an SAP implementation in Melbourne. This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP training expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality training within rigid deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of SAP Trainers
• Ensure training materials align with project objectives
• Conduct on-site sessions and provide hands-on support
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Manage competing priorities and deliver training within strict timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP Training Lead across multiple industries and environments
• Expertise across some or all of the following; SAP WM, MM, EAM/ PM, TM
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and driving successful training initiatives
