Are you a seasoned SAP Test Manager ready to take on a new challenge? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead the testing in Melbourne on a long term contract role. If you're passionate about driving successful testing strategies, leading a team, and executing tests flawlessly, this opportunity is for you!
This is a large transformation project currently in flight so your solid experience of leading teams, planning, along with test execution will see you succeed in this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead the end to end testing in a large transformation, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strategy Planning: Develop and implement effective testing strategies aligned with project goals, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Test Execution: Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with test execution (as needed), ensuring the team meets project timelines and quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure seamless communication.
About You:
Proven Experience: Extensive experience as an SAP Test Manager (must have excellent knowledge of SAP EWM, WM, TM and other logistics/ supply chain modules), showcasing successful project deliveries.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a testing team.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to drive successful testing initiatives.
Hands-on Expertise: Comfortable getting hands-on with test execution to ensure project success.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Start Date: Immediate availability to start (Can wait 1-2 weeks).
