SuccessFactors Administrator / SAP System Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Administrator to join our team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and implementing the overall plan of change activities related to SAP portfolio applications with a focus on SuccessFactors. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating defect resolution, enhancements, and significant changes for SuccessFactors and SAP applications. You will collaborate with key stakeholder groups and delivery partners to implement system fixes or enhancements that fully address client needs, continually improving and enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of our systems and processes as aligned to our digital architecture and technology direction.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience as an Administrator, Functional Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in project and/or support teams with multiple application and reporting experience.
- Experience with SAP ERP, SuccessFactors (essential), SAP S4HANA (desirable)
- Ability to lead complex analysis work and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- A degree with substantial extension of theories and principles, or a range of management experience, or postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience.
