Our client is a leading organisation delivering essential services across Tasmania. They are undergoing a key digital HR transformation and require strong project expertise to support their SuccessFactors upgrade.

About the role
This is an initial 6 month contract role overseeing the end to end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 upgrade, ensuring vendor performance and successful implementation

Duties

• Drive and coordinate the Onboarding 2.0 upgrade project

• Manage vendor performance and delivery against scope, timeline, and quality standards

• Facilitate governance, reporting, and issue resolution

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met

• Oversee handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Skills & experience

• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS implementation projects

• Strong vendor management and governance skills

• Expertise in contract management, SLAs, and supplier deliverables

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain project momentum
