SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC/ ECP)- Market Leader/ Implementation

About the role

As the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you’ll drive functional excellence across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll (EC and ECP), leading both project delivery and BAU support while aligning HR technology to evolving business needs.

Duties

• Lead BAU support for SAP ECC HR/Payroll during a major modernisation program
• Act as Functional Lead for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP modules
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, solution designs, and documentation
• Oversee testing and deployment activities, ensuring risks are mitigated
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors across ANZ and Asia to deliver effective solutions

Skills & experience

• 5–10 years’ hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll solutions
• Strong functional experience in Australian SAP Payroll
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP (AU or NZ) (essential)
• Proven track record in system implementations and IT production support
• Experience across full product lifecycle (patching, upgrades, DR, enhancements)
