About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll and / or SuccessFactors ECP Business Analyst for a 12 month contract position with a high-profile client in Adelaide. This role will require your expertise to work on an optimisation and improvement project in the SAP payroll space. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficiency and day to day success of the Payroll system. Based in Adelaide ideally, there is also a remote option for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and strategy of the project
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and document current business issues within SAP Payroll and / or SAP SuccessFactors ECP
- Look at the root cause issues and provide solutions
- Develop comprehensive business process documentation
- Analyse and optimize current business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an end to end Business Analyst, with specific knowledge within SAP Payroll projects
- Strong documentation skills, with a focus on business process and functional specifications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
