SAP Finance Consultant (S/4 HANA project)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with S/4HANA capability to support a major finance transformation program. 

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Finance (FI) including General Ledger, Costing, and Fixed Assets.
• Contribute to ECC to S/4HANA migration activities, including design, testing, and cutover support.
• Support Banking and BCM (Bank Communication Management) processes.
• Work across AP to payment processing, ensuring end-to-end financial integrity.
• Provide functional input into Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) processes.
• Produce and review functional specifications, working closely with technical and integration teams.
• Support testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and business readiness activities.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance experience, particularly in:
  • Financial Accounting
  • Costing / Controlling
  • Fixed Assets
• Experience in asset-intensive or capital works industries (e.g. utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, mining).
• Proven ECC to S/4HANA migration experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Banking / BCM
  • AP and payment processing
  • FSCM (exposure or working knowledge)
• Solid understanding of functional-to-technical design and specifications.
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience highly regarded.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused environment.
• Experience working in large-scale or complex SAP programs.
