SAP Finance Business Analyst – S/4HANA Assessment

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Business Analyst to join a 6-month engagement focused on assessing an organisation’s current SAP S/4HANA Finance environment and providing clear, practical recommendations for optimisation and future-state improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current SAP S/4HANA Finance landscape
• Analyse current-state finance processes 
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops with Finance and IT stakeholders
• Document current-state and future-state process maps
• Develop business and functional requirements for enhancements
• Provide clear, prioritised recommendations and a transformation roadmap

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP Finance Business Analyst 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
• Experience conducting system and process assessments / health checks
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent documentation and communication capability
• Prior experience in finance transformation, migrations or system optimisation projects highly desirable

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Business Analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience within large complex environments.
