SAP EWM Business Analyst

Are you an experienced SAP EWM Business Analyst with a passion for supply chain optimisation and stakeholder engagement? Join a leading organisation driving an exciting SAP EWM implementation.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive EWM Business Analyst to work on a major program of work. This role is business-facing, with a strong emphasis on workshops, process mapping, and EWM expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the EWM SME for ongoing stabilisation and enhancement initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate business workshops to gather, document, and validate supply chain requirements.
• Perform end-to-end process mapping across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
• Liaise between business users and technical teams to translate functional requirements into effective EWM solutions.
• Identify system issues, manage root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with SAP support teams.
• Work across integrated areas such as TM, MM, and SD to ensure a seamless supply chain solution.
• Support testing, training, and change management activities during project phases and BAU.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
• Comfortable running workshops, writing functional specs, and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
