About the role
Duties
- Work with key stakeholders, CRM Owners & Sales Leaders to define what the target state sales process looks like
- Map key sales processes to CRM capability
- Execute process enhancement opportunities through the CRM team
- Develop a deep understanding of the Sales process and how it spans across business areas. Identify improvement and growth opportunities for the overall sales process
- Implement and maintain new sales processes
Skills & experience
- Experience in the implementation of key sales support tools (SAP CRM & Salesforce)
- 5 - 7 years experience in sales roles, including front line customer/sales experience and managing a sales team
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
- Excellent business process analysis and process re-engineering skills
