IT Project Coordinator

The responsibilities in this role are:

• Identify planning and scheduling options, analyse these and communicate recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Procurement – PO control, PM SOW, Vendor timesheet and Finance assistance
• Finance – Accruals, SAP investigation for IT Delivery, forecast assistance
• Meetings – Coordination of PM updates, IT delivery meetings.
• Track activities against the project schedule and provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders
• Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project
• Resolve / escalate issues related to project scope, resources, timeline, and/or budget
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact to the business

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience coordinating IT and ideally SAP projects in a similar role
• Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance
• Strong scheduling / MS Project skills
• AGILE methodology experience
