Are you an experienced Change Analyst looking for your next challenge? Join a leading organisation in Hobart on a long-term contract where you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of major IT initiatives.

About the Role

You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, change strategies, and communication to support organisational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Support the design and delivery of change management plans, communications, and training materials.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure business readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor and report on change adoption, risks, and issues.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth transition post-implementation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst on IT projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with organisational impact analysis and readiness assessments.
• Highly regarded but not essential:
• Prior experience working within the Utilities Sector.
• Exposure to SAP projects.
