IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

About the Role

You will be working across two key projects:

• New System Review: Conducting analysis, gathering requirements, and supporting the evaluation of a new enterprise system.
• Enhancement Project: Supporting an ongoing system enhancement initiative, where you will also gain valuable project management exposure, including coordinating activities and providing project status updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Analyse and review system processes, identifying improvements and enhancements
• Assist with project coordination, reporting, and communication of progress
• Contribute to testing, training, and implementation support activities

About You

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in system or application projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in coordinating activities
• Some exposure or interest in project management is highly regarded
