Head of SAP Supply Chain

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and evolve our supply chain operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong SAP functional background and a broad understanding of supply chain processes. You’ll be managing a small team while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and leading key supply chain projects from ideation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations (planning, logistics, inventory, warehousing, procurement).
• Lead a small team, ensuring clarity on BAU tasks and project responsibilities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in regular meetings to review operations and project progress.
• Manage SAP-related issues including ticket management, issue prioritisation, and cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Initiate and lead supply chain improvement projects: scoping, building business cases, costing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive change management across processes, systems, and people—ensuring successful adoption of improvements.
• Ensure compliance with established business processes and provide insights for system enhancement.
• Maintain high standards of operational reporting and KPI tracking.

 Must-Have Experience & Skills

• SAP functional experience across key supply chain modules – an all-rounder with strong system and process understanding.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP EWM (even at a foundational level) – non-negotiable.
• Strong understanding of change management, and ability to lead transformation within supply chain operations.
• Proven capability in managing service tickets, prioritising incidents and requests efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach individuals, and maintain a positive and productive team culture.
• Experience scoping and delivering operational or technology projects within a supply chain setting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
