Business Analyst

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their team in supporting the delivery of the SBS AUD project. This project involves the implementation of Automated Utility Design (AUD) technology, a powerful tool that enhances design accuracy, optimizes network performance, and improves documentation for utility, telecommunications, and electrical distribution design.

The SBS AUD tool will be integrated with their existing Geographic Information System (GIS - ARCGIS) and asset management systems (SAP), creating a cohesive and efficient solution for their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to capture and review future state business and system processes
• Support the creation of training and testing plans and materials for the project
• Assist in preparing change management documentation to ensure smooth transitions
• Develop documentation in collaboration with stakeholders to facilitate successful implementation

Skills Required:

• Understanding of Enterprise Asset Management concepts is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with SAP and GIS is advantageous
• Experience in developing processes, including associated documents and templates
• Business analysis and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and work independently
