Business Analyst

Duties

• Regularly meet with key stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements related to CRM and customer experience.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Analyse current CRM processes and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
• Work with IT and development teams to implement new features, integrations, or customisations within the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure systems are effectively integrated with the CRM, enabling seamless customer interactions.
• Map and analyse customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

 You;

• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics) to manage customer interactions, and streamline processes.
• Ability to customise and optimise CRM systems to align with business needs and improve customer engagement.
• Knowledge of telephony systems that integrate with CRM platforms.
• Experience in mapping and optimising the customer journey across multiple touchpoints
• Must have Agile experience
• SAP ECC modules and Hybris experience is desirable
• FMCG experience preferred
