SAP Test Manager (eCommerce)

We are seeking an experienced Program Test Manager to help at a critical point of the project. Our client is implementing SAP Commerce Cloud for their B2B platform. They have minor defects from UAT and about to embark on SIT.  Your role will be to work the Program Manager in consulting the business and team, establish if a replan is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Program and Project Managers to identify and prioritize demand for testing.
• Manage the testing governance process to ensure that all the testing adheres to required process and quality standards.
• Manage test script development ensuring the completeness and coverage of all the necessary acceptance criteria.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks associated with testing.
• Manage expectations and ensure clear and consistent communication with senior stakeholders throughout the course of projects.
• Ensure test case approach and results are document and produce project artefacts related to testing as required
• Present to steer committee. 

Experience

• 10+ years' experience managing a variety of Testing projects across several different IT subject areas
• Experience with website and eCommerce solutions mandatory (preference in SAP Commerce Cloud or SAP Hybris)
• Must have experience in complex environments, who has an Agile approach
• Experience with SAP ERP platform
• Experience managing testing activities on complex systems with 10+ points of integration
• Ability to quickly understand technical complexities
• Ability to communicate with resources of various IT disciplines to a good level (e.g., developers, network, infrastructure)
• Experience in full testing life cycle covering unit testing, functional testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Familiar with test management and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence
