About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to join our client's team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Payroll solutions, with a strong focus on Australian payroll processes. In this role, you will be a part of a new Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the SAP Payroll SME, solution design and end-to-end implementation.
- Configure, test, and deploy Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, solution presentations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and design approvals.
- Prepare effort estimates and manage delivery outcomes for assigned workstreams.
- Recommend best-practice, SAP-standard approaches to complex payroll scenarios.
- Develop functional specifications and detailed process documentation.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions for key business users and payroll teams.
- Drive all phases of testing including unit, SIT, and regression and support UAT.
- Coordinate and validate integrations with related SAP modules (e.g., Finance, HCM).
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), minimum 2 years experience.
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience delivering on prem Australian payroll implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, and compliance.
- Experience with integration to S/4HANA HCM and Finance modules.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid onshore-offshore delivery model.
