About the role
We currently have 2 positions available within the SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP space. One position is purely focused on supporting ECP across Australia and NZ in conjunction with the off-shore managed services team. The other position is working on implementation projects for Australian & NZ clients
Duties
- Provide mentoring and leadership to junior consultants
- Solve complex payroll issues from a functional perspective
- Hands-on configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP system
- Prepare status updates, tracking time, and expenses to ensure timely implementation
- Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations
- Gather and analyse the clients’ business requirements and objectives
Skills & experience
- Advanced understanding of HR functions, business processes and the SAP SuccessFactors product
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC or ECP
- Australian Payroll essential, with NZ payroll a bonus
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
