Change Leads x 2

An exciting opportunity for 2 Permanent Senior Change Leads has come about to join an organisation going through complex Change.

These roles will be highly challenging AND rewarding!

• Permanent roles looking to start ASAP
• Fantastic role(s) for a seasoned Change Lead with experience in managing complex Change within IT Projects
• This client has multiple projects lined up for the next few years to be part of!

Our client is at the start of a HUGE and busy road-map, with a number of Projects forecast for the rest of the year and beyond! Due to this, they are seeking 2 Change Leads to start ASAP to manage a selected number of these projects!

To be successful in securing this role, you must have proven experience in a Change Management role and experience with IT Projects and delivering Change Impact Analysis around this

To be successful you will possess:

• At least 10+ years of Change Management/Lead experience
• Experienced in a broad range of change methodologies and tools
• Experience within the Utilities sector HIGHLY regarded
• Ability to form trusted relationships with key decision makers across the organisation
• Confident in liaising with and influencing people from all levels of the Business 
• Strong Leadership skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops, employee and stakeholder engagement
• Highly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and proactive in meeting program deliverables

Both roles are based in Sydney, and offer flexible working arrangements and the client has required the Leads be based in the office 2 days per week
