It has been an amazingly busy month here at Speller International! I am extremely excited to announce that we had three Spellerites start this month, two new members to join the team and one returning after a 4 year break!

Joining the SAP Technology Division is returning staff member, Mary Vidovich who has been in the SAP arena for over 10 years (you can read more about Mary’s history in our Meet the Team series). Returning as Senior SAP Account Manager, Mary has a wealth of SAP knowledge and a large network across the entire SAP community. I look forward not only to Mary excelling in her role, but also how she can guide the Speller team with her extensive SAP knowledge and experience. If you would like to get in contact with Mary, Im sure she would be delighted to hear from you!

Recently returning to Australia after several years in New Zealand, Andy Simon joins the team as SAP Business Development Manager to expand our interstate offerings. With over 15 years of IT recruitment experience working with a variety of clients across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific, Andy’s open and honest style has awarded him strong Account Management and Business Development expertise. I look forward to seeing growth in our interstate offerings with the addition of Andy to the SAP Technology division.

New addition to the Resource Team, SAP Candidate Manager Katie Greene has over 3 years of recruitment experience in Ireland. New to Australia and to SAP, I am really looking forward to seeing Katie flourish in her new role. With the support of her colleagues in the Resource Team, combined with her friendly and engaging approach, I have no doubt she will build a strong rapport with our SAP community.

Welcome all to the team Mary, Andy and Katie!

L-R: Andy Simon, Mary Vidovich, Katie Greene

Our new members started just in time to join the team on our end of financial year celebrations. We spent Wednesday 22nd July debriefing on FY14/15 and setting goals for the FY15/16 ahead. As Judy outlined in our Annual Review, FY 14/15 was one of the most successful years at Speller and we have very high hopes for FY 15/16. We spent the rest of our time working extremely hard at Dreamworld and various team exercises at the local establishments as well as some dedicated beach and pool time. As you can imagine, it was the complete opposite to our everyday in the office!

On a more serious note, please take the time to read Judy’s extremely insightful review of 14/15 and her predictions for the year ahead.  And on another positive note for Speller, July has kicked off the FY15/16 with good results and we hope it continues along the same way for the month of August and beyond.
