This New Year, It’s All About You

2015 Blog

Since our newsletter was launched in February 2014, we have sent 10 newsletters to our clients and candidates and written over 50 blogs covering topics on job hunting, interview preparation, SAP certification and market information amongst many others. We have also been fortunate to have guest bloggers and contributors’ talk about the benefits (and hardships) of travelling for work, their experiences of working in various states across Australia and New Zealand, advice on starting a career in SAP and even how to Project Manage like a mountain climber.

We have touched on change management, one of the services we offer in our Change, Training and Documentation division and also on the shortage of payroll professionals, one of the many roles we offer in our Corporate Services division.

Our social media team meet monthly to come up with new ideas on topics that we think are relevant, interesting or topical in the SAP field. Some of our blogs such as “How Women are Succeeding in SAP” come directly from an inquiry; for this topic we received an email from a client wanting to understand how to increase the number of female staff in their SAP teams. But mainly our ideas are based on our own knowledge of the industry and us listening to what our clients and candidates are talking about.

So with open ears, we ask how can we help you in 2015?

Our office is full of staff with extensive SAP industry and recruitment experience. We have 3 dedicated Candidate Managers with a combined 20 years of SAP knowledge in all topics related to searching, finding and securing both contract and permanent roles. Our Account Managers have a combined 34 years of SAP industry experience across all industries around Australia and in New Zealand. We have specialist Recruitment Consultants in Change, Training and Documentation and Corporate Services (SAP Users). In theory, there shouldn’t be a topic related to the SAP industry, resourcing or recruitment that we cant write about – so challenge us!

You can either liaise with your Speller International Account or Candidate Manager on any topics you are interested in, or alternatively, contact Lechée De Chavez , Projects and Marketing Coordinator directly with your suggestions. And if you have something you would like to say or share with your peers in the SAP community, by all means, put pen to paper (or more relevant, finger tips to keyboard!) and be our next guest blogger.

The launch of the Speller International newsletter has always been about adding value to our clients and our candidates, and what better way than giving you information on topics you are interested in or answering questions you want to know regarding all things SAP industry or recruitment related, or alternatively providing you a platform to share your own SAP knowledge in your own guest blog.

We look forward to hearing from you!
